Instructions
  1. – Slice beef thinly according to the grain, about 10 cm long, 6 cm wide, then marinate with a little soy sauce, seasoning powder, and pepper.
  2. – Blanch okra in boiling water with a little salt, take out to put in a bowl of cold water to make okra green and crispy. Take the green stalks of scallions and lightly boil them for easy tying.
  3. – Spread the meat pieces out, put the okra in, use the scallion to tie.
  4. – Saute garlic. When fragrant, remove the garlic.
