Instructions
  1. Chop black mustard green into bite-size, then wash.
  2. Peel shrimps, put them into a mortar to crush with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 shallot. Then, marinate the mixture with 2 tsp of fish sauce, 1/2 tsp of MSG, pepper.
  3. Boil 600 ml of water, put shrimp to boil again. Then, add black mustard greens to boil for a few minutes – season to taste again.
