Instructions
  1. Rinse the squid, cut into the circles as you like.
  2. Boil coconut water with shredded ginger. Add the squid and sliced ginger leaves to the boiling coconut water.
  3. Wait for the water to boil again, remove the squid from the saucepan, and enjoy! ( about 2-5 minutes)
  4. Blanched squid on coconut water is crispy, sweet, and delicious.
