  1. – Rinse the boneless pork legs, cut into pieces (3×4).
  2. -Then marinate with spices and leave it for 30 minutes to absorb all the spices. Cut pineapple into pieces.
  3. -Sauté crushed shallots until fragrant, stir-fry the meat and pineapple until tenderloin.
  4. Then, pour the water into the pot to boil (occasionally skim off the scum, if any). When the meat is soft, add chili and for 5 more minutes.
