BRAISED QUAIL WITH GINGER
In addition to the combination of chicken with ginger, you can change it up a bit when trying to braise the quail with ginger. Quail meat has a mild, lighter smell than chicken, so it will be easier to eat even for children.

Instructions
  1. – Wash the scallion and cut them into short pieces. Peel the ginger, wash and juliene it. Wash the prepared quail, cut into bite-sized pieces, marinate with a little soy sauce and onion powder for 10 minutes.
  2. – Put the olive oil in a hot pan. Add the marinated quail to cook until golden brown, remove to a clean plate.
  3. – Add a little olive oil if needed, then add the onion and ginger to sauté until fragrant. Put a cup of filtered water, season with soy sauce, brown sugar, seasoning powder and bring to boil.
  4. – Put the pre-fried quail into the pan to braise on a low heat.
  5. – When the sauce is reduced to 1/2, season to taste again.
