BRAISED TOFU WITH MEAT AND MUSHROOM
Braised tofu with meat and mushroom is a simple dish, but it has a strong taste and aromatic sauce, so it is very suitable when served with hot rice. Soft pieces of tofu, chewy shiitake mushrooms, and golden pork slices will make your family’s meal more attractive.

Instructions
  1. Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, then fry them.
  2. Wash the pork, thinly slice and marinate with minced shallot, half a teaspoon of salt, some MSG, fish sauce, sugar, pepper.
  3. Soak shiitake mushrooms to bloom, then rinse.
  4. Sauté shallot with 1 tbsp of cooking oil and then stir-fry meat until firm. Add tofu and shiitake mushrooms with half a cup of water to cook. Season to taste.
