Instructions
  1. Cut the tuna into slices to taste, wash through diluted saltwater, and rinse with clean water again.
  2. Marinate with a little salt, then fry briefly.
  3. Put the fried fish into the pot, marinated with 1 tbsp of fish sauce, MSG, chili powder, chopped shallots, 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Cook until the liquid is nearly empty, then pour coconut water into the pot to continue to cook with low heat for another 10-15 minutes. Season to taste again. Add 1, 2 peppers for fragrance.
