Cooking oil
Instructions
– Peel carrots and potatoes, grate them into small pieces. Toss all in a bowl with the scallions, pepper, cornstarch, and shredded cheese. Mix evenly.
– Put the pan on the stove, add some cooking oil. When the oil is hot, scoop out the potatoes and carrots and fry on medium heat.
– When the potato pancakes are golden brown on both sides, remove them to a plate lined with greaseproof paper.
