  1. Whisk the butter, then add sugar to beat until the mixture is pale.
  2. Add the eggs and beat well.
  3. Mix flour and salt well. Then fill the pastry bag.
  4. Pipe the batter to the tray into the 5 -7cm biscuits. Add nuts or jam as you wish.
  5. Bake the cakes at 180ᵒC for 10-12 minutes. When the cakes turn golden brown, remove them immediately to cool, then they will be more crispy.
  6. Store the cat’s tongue biscuits in a closed jar!
