CHINESE CABBAGE AND SHRIMP SOUP

Instructions
  1. Wash the shrimp, peel, devein. Keep the shrimp tail to make them look beautiful.
  2. Crush the shrimp, then marinate with seasoning seeds, shallots, and pepper.
  3. Chop cabbage, rinse, and drain.
  4. Sauté shallots. Add shrimp to fry until firm. Pour water to boil and season.
  5. Add cabbage to cook until boiling. Turn off the heat, and you have a delicious soup to enjoy.
