COCA-COLA BRAISED PORK AND EGGS
Braised pork and eggs are quite familiar to everyone. However, in the following new dish, instead of using coconut water, we will use coca-cola to cook. This way still makes sure to retain the taste and softness of meat as well as the toughness of eggs and the rich broth.

Instructions
  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, then marinate with chopped shallots, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, paprika, pepper.
  2. Boil the egg and remove the shell. Sauté minced garlic in oil pan until bringing out the aroma, then add the meat to stir-fry until tight, then put the eggs and coke to braise.
  3. Cook until meat and eggs absorb all spices. When the meat becomes tender, season to taste again. Then, turn off the heat.
