  1. Cut and open the fresh coconut. Separate the juice and coconut meat.
  2. Soak kumquats into saltwater and rinse. Squeeze 5 kumquats into juice, then cut the other 2 into slices and put in a box.
  3. Add 4 teaspoons of sugar and little salt into the coconut juice mixed with kumquat juice. Stir well, then add sliced kumquat, coconut meat, and ice cubes. Now, you finish the drink!
