  1. -Step 1: Mix jelly powder and sugar with little water together. Stir well. Add water and the flour mixture to the cooking pan then stir with the low heat.
  2. -Step 2: Add color or flavor as you like.
  3. – Step 3: Wait for jelly to freeze. You can serve with coconut cream and ice. Add fruit if you want.
  4. – The jelly can also be served with milk tea (bubble tea).
