– Sift flour into a large bowl. Add egg yolks, fresh milk, butter, lemon, salt, and sugar, then mix into a smooth mass.
– Divide the dough into 2. Mix the coffee with 1 part of the powder, leave the rest intact.
– Use a rolling pin to roll out the two types of dough and place them on top of each other as shown in the picture.
Roll up the dough and let it rest for about 3 hours in the fridge.
– Cut the dough into thin pieces. Fry each piece in a hot oil pan until golden brown, then remove to a plate lined with greaseproof paper.
– Do the same with the remaining pieces
