  1. – Wash dried shrimp, then soak with water to soften.
  2. – Wash water spinach, cut into 5 cm pieces. Cut tomatoes into wedges.
  3. – Saute garlic, add dried shrimp to stir-fry. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Season the soup with tamarind, sugar, and fish sauce.
  4. – Add water spinach and tomatoes to boil again.
  5. – Ladle the soup into a bowl, add hot chili peppers, herbs, and fried garlic.
