  1. – Boil macaroni and take out to drain. Finely chop cabbage and onions.
  2. – Mix macaroni with cabbage, scallions, seasoning powder, garlic powder, tapioca starch (flour), and chicken eggs.
  3. – Mix well.
  4. – Add the macaroni mixture to fry in a hot oil pan. Press the macaroni down to keep them sticky.
  5. – When the bottom side turns yellow, turn the other side over.
  6. – Take one small cup of ketchup, mayonnaise and water. Stir well the mixtue.
  7. – Sprinkle the mixture on top of the macaroni.
  8. When the underside turns also yellow, your food is ready to serve.
