Ingredients

rice noodles
3
chicken eggs
150
g
cabbage
1
branch of
scallions

tsp
Seasoning powder

tsp
garlic powder

tablespoons
flour or tapioca

tsp
Ketchup
5
tsp
mayonnaise
2
tsp
Water
Instructions
– Boil macaroni and take out to drain. Finely chop cabbage and onions.
– Mix macaroni with cabbage, scallions, seasoning powder, garlic powder, tapioca starch (flour), and chicken eggs.
– Mix well.
– Add the macaroni mixture to fry in a hot oil pan. Press the macaroni down to keep them sticky.
– When the bottom side turns yellow, turn the other side over.
– Take one small cup of ketchup, mayonnaise and water. Stir well the mixtue.
– Sprinkle the mixture on top of the macaroni.
When the underside turns also yellow, your food is ready to serve.
