Soak mackerel in water with a little salt and then wash again. Marinate the fish with salt.
Put the fish in a pan with little oil. Fry evenly both sides.
Puree the passion fruit with 1/2 cup of water ( only remove the seeds of 2 passion fruit)
Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in the fish pan. Then pour 1 minced garlic, passion fruit juice, little fish sauce to braise until the fish absorb all the ingredients. Add pepper and chili — season to taste.
