  1. Step 1: Boil chicken, then chop into small pieces. Drain pickled mustard green, then slice. Mince the onion and green onions. Using leftover rice from the previous day to fry for saving and better quality. Beat and whisk chicken eggs.
  2. Step 2: Fry onion in an oil pan until bringing out the aroma, put the chicken and pickled vegetables into the pan to stir-fry, then sprinkle chicken eggs. When the egg is half-cooked, add rice to fry for about 5 minutes then pour soy sauce (sweet soy sauce), pepper, minced green onion, stir well and turn off the stove.
