Instructions
  1. Wash the tuna with saltwater and then rewash it. Marinate the fish with 1 teaspoon salt.
  2. Fry the fish in a pan with some cooking oil.
  3. Chop tomatoes.
  4. Put in the pan a little fish sauce, sugar, chopped onion, chili powder. Add 1 cup of water to braise until the fish absorbs all spices – season to taste.
