Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
  1. – Wash carrots, onions, tomatoes, green onions. Julienne carrots, cut onions and tomatoes into quarters, chop green onions. These ingredients will help the dish more attractive and delicious.
  2. – Wash and slice beef into thin pieces, then marinate with a little seasoning. Julienne fresh ​​ginger.
Step 2:
  1. Stir dried onion with a little cooking oil in a pan, then add the beef to stir with a big fire until the beef is rarely cooked. Put the meat on a plate.
Step 3:
  1. Remove the stems of choy sum, then clean. Bring choy sum to boil and then soak in cold water to keep them green.
Step 4:
  1. – Put the pan on the stove, add some cooking oil then stir-fry the noodles, use the chopsticks to stir up the noodles. When cooked, put noodles on a plate.
  2. – Heat another pan with a little cooking oil, then stir-fry carrots, onions, choy sum, and tomatoes respectively.
  3. – When the ingredients are nearly cooked, add the beef to stir-fry again. Note to stir quickly so that the vegetables are still crispy and the beef is not too tough. Finally, put the noodles, green onions and Laska leaves to mix with the mixture. Season to taste, and finish!
Step 5: Enjoy the dish
