  1. Wash the vegetables. Seed the cucumber, then slice it into thin matchsticks. Julienne carrots and onions. Mix it all with vinegar then leave it.
  2. Blanch and drain the jellyfish.
  3. Make the fish sauce: 2 tbsp of fish sauce + 2 tbsp of sugar +1 tbsp of lemon juice + 1 tbsp of minced chili and garlic.
  4. Squeeze the cucumber, carrots, onions to put in a bowl, then add the fish sauce to mix well together with laksa leaves, jellyfish, and roasted peanuts. And you finish the dish!
