Ingredients

Alum sugar
or thnot sugar

pandan leaves

Coconut milk
Instructions
– Peel and remove the seeds of the longan, only keep the flesh of the fruit.
– Soak sticky rice for 4 hours.
– Put sticky rice on the stove, add water and pandan leaves, then cook until soft. Stir well, add coconut milk and sugar to cook.
– Add longan to stir for a few minutes.
– It’s best to serve warm.
