Instructions
  1. Marinate minced meat with 2 chopped dry shallot, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, pepper. Wait for 10 minutes until the meat absorbs all the spices.
  2. Cut the cabbage to taste.
  3. Boil water, add meatballs when the water begins to boil (remove foam to make the water clear).
  4. When the water boils up again, and the meatballs start to float, add the cabbage to cook with low heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
  5. Turn off the heat, add green onion and pepper.
