Pound the peanut and remove the shell then put in the pot to cook. Meanwhile, prepare other raw materials. Wash potatoes, sweet potato, taro (as the picture). Use a small knife to shred the corn.
Then add the all ingredients ( except for luffa and corn) to the pot of boiling water. Cook until the water boils again, add corn to the pot.
After the corn is cooked, add melon, and season to taste.
Sprinkle some chopped cilantro to make the dish more delicious and fragrant.
