Instructions
  1. – Wash chives, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. – Buy ready-made mussels, cook with boiled water to make the soup more delicious.
  3. – Saute shallot, then lightly stir-fry mussels, season with fish sauce.
  4. – Add water to boil, season to taste. Add chives and lift the pot down. Season with laksa leaves for fragrance.
