A few stalks of laksa leaves

Cooking oil
Instructions
– Wash chives, cut into bite-sized pieces.
– Buy ready-made mussels, cook with boiled water to make the soup more delicious.
– Saute shallot, then lightly stir-fry mussels, season with fish sauce.
– Add water to boil, season to taste. Add chives and lift the pot down. Season with laksa leaves for fragrance.
