Instructions
  1. -Step 1: Slice the meat ​​into chunks and wash, then put in a saucepan with wine, minced chili, star anise, jujube, ginger to boil until the meat is tender. Take it out and rinse it with cold water.
  2. -Step 2: Use a pestle to smash the meat and shred it off by hand.
  3. -Step 3: Mix all the remaining ingredients together with some cooking oil, then marinate the meat with that mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. – Stir the meat in a hot pan until it is dry. Put the meat in a bag and beat it with a pestle, then put it on the pan to stir again. Use a sieve to scrub the meat until fluffy. Finally, put the pork floss in a jar.
