-Step 1: Slice the meat into chunks and wash, then put in a saucepan with wine, minced chili, star anise, jujube, ginger to boil until the meat is tender. Take it out and rinse it with cold water.

– Stir the meat in a hot pan until it is dry. Put the meat in a bag and beat it with a pestle, then put it on the pan to stir again. Use a sieve to scrub the meat until fluffy. Finally, put the pork floss in a jar.
