Instructions
  1. – Washed and cut pork into bite-sized pieces, then marinated with fish sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and seasoning powder for 15 minutes.
  2. – Chop the scallions. Use about 1/2 a can of soybeans with the bean sauce.
  3. – Saute the garlic in a hot oil pan, then add the pork and stir-fry.
  4. – Next, add the soybeans and stir gently while simmering.
  5. – When the meat is cooked, add all the scallions to the pan, season to taste, and turn off the heat.
