Instructions
  1. Boil the white kidney beans briefly.
  2. Chop ribs into bite-sized pieces and fry quickly.
  3. Cut the carrots. Cut the onions into quarters.
  4. Marinate the ribs with minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, 2 teaspoons of sugar. Stir-fry the shallots with a little oil in a pot, then fry the ribs. After that, put the beans, bean broth, and carrots into the pot to cook together. Next, pour the fresh coconut water and tomato sauce. Stew until the ribs and the beans are softened.
  5. Mix 1 teaspoon of tapioca flour with water, then pour it into a pot to cook until the mixture is thickened. Season to taste, add the onions and turn off the heat.
