Heat the pan and then roast the peanuts. Stir well. When the peanut shells split, add 1 tsp of olive oil and go on cooking until the peanut shells are golden.
When the peanut is cooked, turn off the heat but still stir to avoid burning.
When the peanut is slightly cooled, sprinkle garlic powder and salt. Stir until the salt and garlic powder stick around the peanuts.
Let cool completely and place in a clean container for storage.
