  1. – Choose medium Sau fruits, not too young or too old. Wash and peel off the skin.
  2. – Use a knife to cut around the fruit or you can smash the flesh to peel off the seeds.
  3. – Marinate Sau fruit with fish sauce, sugar, and chili peppers for 30 minutes.
  4. – Wait until the sugar dissolves, the fruit absorbs the sweet and sour taste.
