Rice paper” is a very typical ingredient of famous Vietnamese Pork Rice paper roll. Besides, we can use mustard green leaves to roll this dish. The pungent spiciness of mustard green helping to reduce the fat of meat together with the sweet & sour fish sauce will give us a perfect taste.
