  1. – Cut off the stem of figs, soak in water for 15 minutes to remove sap.
  2. – Wash ribs with salt and vinegar. Marinate with spices, then stir-fry until firm. Add water to stew until soft.
  3. – Stew ribs with onions for 3-4 hours, then remove onions.
  4. – Add figs to the stew for 10 minutes to soften. Season to taste.
  5. – Scoop out into a bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!
