Instructions
Soak sticky rice in cold water for 8 hours.
Peel the lotus seed and remove the lotus seed core.
Mix the soaked sticky rice with lotus seeds and then steam for about 45 minutes.
Clean the pigeons. Then, grill on the fire of straw (more fragrant). Chop the pigeon (with bone). Next, put on the pan to stir with dry onions.
Mix the pigeon meat with sticky rice and serve.
