Cut beef thinly. Slide the bell peppers. Mince shallots.
Marinate the beef with some salt and soy sauce.
Sauté shallots then stir fry until rare, then take out the beef. Continue to stir-fry the chili until cooked, then add the meat to stir evenly — season to taste and turn off the heat.
