STIR-FRIED BEEF WITH MUSHROOM
Beef and straw mushrooms may sound unrelated, but they create an extremely attractive flavor when combined together. Hurry up to the kitchen to try this stir-fried dish!

Instructions
  1. – Thinly slice beef tenderloin, marinate with 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, garlic, minced lemongrass, 1 tsp cornstarch, and minced pepper. Mix well to absorb 15 min.
  2. – Cut off the stem of the mushroom, wash and drain. Cut the big ones half. Notching the top of the mushroom to prevent boiling water from stagnation. Cut the onion.
  3. – Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a large pan, saute minced onions and garlic, add the beef and saute quickly under high heat until pale. Remove to a separate plate. In the same pan, add straw mushrooms to stir for 2 minutes until cooked, add onions and stir for a few more minutes. Season with oyster sauce to taste.
  4. – Mix the sautéed beef into the pan and then turn off the heat. Remove to a plate, sprinkle with cilantro, ground pepper, then serve with rice.
