  1. – Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. – Beat eggs, season with 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce.
  3. – Saute the stem of scallions, add tomatoes to stir until soft, season with 1/2 tsp fish sauce.
  4. – When the tomato is soft, add egg to stir. When the eggs are just cooked, take them out, sprinkle with chopped scallions and ground pepper.
