Ingredients

Minced garlic

cornstarch
Oyster sauce
Ground pepper
Scallion, chopped cilantro
Instructions
– Cut beef thinly, marinate with 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, minced pepper. Mix well to absorb the spices for 20 minutes.
– Julienne carrot.
– Remove the two ends of the green beans, slice them to cook quickly and easily absorb the spices.
– Thinly slice tomatoes.
– Blanch green beans and carrots in boiling water with a little salt, soak in ice water to be crispy. Take out to dry.
– Saute minced garlic, add the beef to stir-fry, then remove to a plate.
– Add carrots, green beans to the pan to stir over high heat. Add tomatoes. Season with fish sauce and oyster sauce.
– When the vegetables are just cooked, put the beef back to stir a few times, then lift the pan down.
– Pick up the food on a plate, sprinkle with ground pepper, chopped cilantro and scallion.
