Instructions
  1. Rinse and peel chayote, carrots. Peel the fibers on both sides of the green beans. Then, thinly slice them all.
  2. Remove the shrimp shells and grind them smoothly with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 red onion, and then marinate with fish sauce and MSG.
  3. Sauté minced garlic with some cooking oil.
  4. Stir-fry the shrimp until firm, add green beans, chayote, and carrots in turn, and finally, add bean sprout (whichever is easier to be cooked, stir-fry first)
  5. Season to taste and add pepper for better aroma.
