  1. – Open the sweet corn can, drain all the water into a large bowl.
  2. – Season corn with seasoning powder, onion powder, then beat eggs and mix well.
  3. – Saute finely-chopped scallion sterm.
  4. – Then, add the egg and corn mixture to stir-fry on high heat.
  5. – When the corn and eggs are cooked, reduce the heat and keep stirring.
  6. – After the eggs and corn are completely thicken, add finely chopped scallions. Stir-fry one more time, then turn off the stove.
