Instructions
  1. – Cut the potatoes into thin or medium pieces, as you like. Soak in salt water for 15 minutes.
  2. – Drain, then fry until golden.
  3. – Take out and drain the oil. Saute onions and garlic, add mushrooms to stir.
  4. – Add the potatoes, season to taste. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with pepper and cilantro.
