Instructions
  1. – Soak the cat ear mushrooms, and chop. Mix well with raw pork paste.
  2. – Boil the broth, season with a little salt. Use a spoon to scoop each pork ball in, bring to a boil again.
  3. – Add corn and potatoes to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. – Add pumpkin to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. – Add mushrooms and bring to a boil. Season to taste.
  6. – Turn off the heat, sprinkle the soup with scallion, cilantro, and ground pepper.
