  1. Mix the Dry Ingredients Take a small dipping bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt. Add ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper to the bowl. If using sugar or chili flakes, add them at this stage to blend the dry seasonings evenly. Stir the mixture gently to ensure the seasonings are well distributed.
  2. Add Fresh Lime Juice Cut a fresh lime in half and squeeze 1 tablespoon of lime juice directly into the salt and pepper mixture. Stir the mixture until the salt dissolves completely and blends with the lime juice.
  3. Serve and Enjoy! Let the sauce sit for 1–2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve immediately as a dipping sauce for grilled seafood, steamed chicken, roasted meats, or tropical fruits.
