  1. Step 1: Wash the fish then marinate for about 15 minutes. Fry in a hot oil pan until both sides of the fish turn golden. Continue turning the fish, then add minced onion to the pan. Remember to simmer on low heat to avoid burning onions. Wash and dice tomatoes into small cubes.
