- Wash the shrimp and peel, remove the black string on the back. Then, marinate with minced garlic, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of fish sauce, MSG, and some pepper.

- Cut broccoli and carrots into bite-sized pieces.

- Sauté minced garlic with 1 tbsp of cooking oil, then stir-fry shrimp until tender. Next, add broccoli and carrots to stir-fry. Stir continuously until ripen.
