STIR-FRIED LOTUS ROOT WITH VEGETABLES
Stir-fried lotus roots with vegetables have a cooling effect, refresh, creating a delicious feeling to eat rice more. The dish is not only a nutritious but also an easy-to-make dish.
* Ingredients:
Lotus root
Carrot
Zucchini
Onion
Wood-ear mushroom
Seasoning seeds
Tapioca flour
Oyster sauce
Chili sauce
* Instructions:
- Peel the vegetables and wash, soak the mushrooms with warm water to soften.
- All ingredients are cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté the shallots until fragrant, then add the carrots to stir for 2 minutes.
- Next, add the lotus root to stir.
- Then, add the zucchini and wood-ear mushrooms. Season to taste, add a little cold water for the vegetables to cook evenly.
- Mix 1 cup of cold water with tapioca flour, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Stir and slowly pour into the mixture.
- Stir quickly until the sauce is thickened and vegetables are cooked.

ORANGE HONEY SYRUP
The change in seasons is the most susceptible to colds, so you should cook a little orange honey syrup to drink. It is both good for health and helpful in preventing disease.
* Ingredients:
2 oranges
100 g palm sugar or rock sugar
60 ml of honey
500 ml of water
Salt
* Instructions:
- Peel the orange, take the peel, and remove the white cover.
- Cut and soak the peel in diluted salt water.
- Squeeze the oranges to take the pulp.
- Boil water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove the orange peel, rinse 2-3 times to remove essential oils, then drain.
- When the water boils, add the peel, then cook until they become clear.
- Add the orange pulp to boil over low heat.
- Cook until the mixture is slightly thickened and light yellow-brown.
- Let it cool for about 30 minutes, then add honey.
- Mix well and add to the jar while the syrup is still warm.

GRILLED EGGPLANT WITH GREEN ONION SAUCE  Grilled eggplant with green onion sauce is a strange dish made from simple ingredients. Instead of steaming or boiling the eggplant as usual, we will grill the eggplant with green onion sauce to create a delicious and attractive flavor.  * Ingredients:  - 2 eggplant
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil  * Instructions:  -Bake the eggplant until cooked evenly, then peel off, cut into bite-sized pieces.  -Chop green onion. Heat the pan, add oil and sauté the green onion stem until fragrant. Add chopped green oinion and soy sauce to stir well, then

MAYONNAISE  Mayonnaise is one of the favorite dipping sauces. Instead of buying outside, why don’t you try making homemade aromatic mayonnaise?  * Ingredients:  - 1 egg yolk
- 50 g of butter
- 10 g of filtered water
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Salt
- 100 ml of cooking oil  * Instructions:  - Put the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt, whisk until the eggs form a small bubble.  - Add each tablespoon of oil and whisk until the sauce thickens.  - Add water and oil to whisk until the oil dissolves completely. SUGAR-SOAKED PEACHES  Peach tea is a refreshing drink loved by many people for its sweet and sour taste. Along with the crispy peach pieces, this will be a drink that will not make you bored.  * Ingredients:
1 kg of peach
0.5 kg of sugar
1/2 lemon
White salt
Ice  * Instructions:
- Rinse the peach, soak in diluted saltwater for about 30 minutes.  - Drain the peach. Prepare 1 container of cooled boiling water (or filtered water) with a little salt.  - Peel the peach and cut into 4 or 6 pieces as you wish. Cut and drop immediately into the brine to prevent from browning.  - Pour sugar and the corresponding amount of water to the dry pot. Stir well with low heat until the sugar turns into the color of cockroach wings, turn off the stove (do not stir). Pour about 1.5 liters of filtered water (or cooled boiling water) into the pot and boil again.  - Put the peach in the pot and stir well. Turn down the heat and simmer until the peach becomes clear.  - Prepare a bowl of ice water (lots of ice). When the peach is almost cooked, take it out and drop it into the bowl of ice water to make the peach crispy. Soak peaches in water for about 30 minutes until the peach pieces cool down completely.  - Wait for the pot of sugar water to cool and then squeeze half of the lemon into the pot, then stir. Note that you should not squeeze lemon while the water is still hot to avoid being bitter.  - When everything cools down, put peach and water in a bottle or container, then store in the refrigerator to drink gradually. After 1 day, peach pieces are ready to eat.
PUMKIN FLAN  Pumpkin is a mild fruit with many beneficial effects on health. When paired with flan, pumpkin will make it sweet and softly enchanting.  * Ingredients: 5-6 people
- 1 medium pumpkin
- 5 chicken eggs
- 200 ml of unsweetened fresh milk
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- Condensed milk  * Instructions:  - Rinse the pumpkin, cut the head to make a lid, remove the inside.  - Mix fresh milk with coconut milk, and condensed milk to taste. Heat the mixture over low heat. Stir constantly as long as the milk is not boiling. (able to touch)  - Beat the eggs, then sift through the milk mixture. Stir well and scoop into the pumpkin. Cover the lid to steam for 60 minutes. After cooked and let cool, put it in the refrigerator to preserve.

BANANA ORANGE OAT COOKIES
With only three basic ingredients, mothers can make delicious, nutritious snacks for children. Oranges contain quite a lot of vitamin C, which helps boost the immune system and fight oxidation.
* Ingredients:
1 banana
40 ml of fresh orange juice
75 g of oats
* Instructions:
- Mash 1 banana in a bowl and mix well with 40 ml of orange juice and 75 g of oats.
- Shape the mixture into small circles and place it on a tray.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C and prepare a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Done! The cake is delicious and simple enough for your baby.

STIR-FRIED SPAGHETTI WITH VEGETABLES  Stir-fried spaghetti with vegetables is delicious and not boring. This is a very tasty vegetarian with the attractive flavor of vegetables and spices.  * Ingredients:
Dry spaghetti
Egg
Green bean
Bean sprout
Bell pepper
Seasoning seeds
Minced garlic
Oyster sauce  * Instructions:  - Boil water, add a little olive oil and drop spaghetti to boil.  - Take out the noodles. Rinse them in cold water and drain.  - Wash the bean sprout and drain. Rinse the green beans and slice them to taste. Cut bell pepper.  - Heat a pan of hot oil, then fry the eggs first. Move the egg over a side of the pan, then add garlic to stir. Next, stir-fry the green beans.  - Add the bell peppers and the bean sprouts to stir. Season to taste.  - Finally, sprinkle oyster sauce and stir well. Place everything on a plate.  - Put the pan back on the stove, add some olive oil and stir-fry the noodles. Season with seasoning seeds and stir fry for 2 more minutes because the noodles are already boiled.  - Put the hot noodles on the plate. Put the mixture of fried foods and eggs on top.

STIR-FIRED BEEF SHANK WITH BELL PEPPERS
Stir-fried beef shank with bell peppers is simple to prepare. The sweet beef and the pleasant chili aroma make a delicious dish. Hurry to the kitchen!
* Ingredients:
200 g of beef shank
Red or yellow bell peppers
Green horn peppers
Salt
Pepper
Shallots
Soy sauce
* Instructions
Cut beef thinly. Slide the bell peppers. Mince shallots.
Marinate the beef with some salt and soy sauce.
Sauté shallots then stir fry until rare, then take out the beef. Continue to stir-fry the chili until cooked, then add the meat to stir evenly — season to taste and turn off the heat.
