- 5 gr Bacon or shoulder pork meat

- *Ingredient preparation: - Soak cellophane noodles in cold water until soft, then shred. - Soak wood ear mushroom and shiitake in water until evenly blooming; then take it out and wash, remove the stem, then chop into small pieces. - Peel and julienne kohlrabi, carrots and white radish. - Wash coriander, then drain - Wash dry onion, green onion, coriander then chop into small pieces. - Slice and chop onion - Rinse and grind the pork
- *Instruction to make delicious fried spring rolls: - Step 1: Mix the ingredients After you have finished processing all the ingredients, you mix all together. Add spices and stir the mixture well. You should marinate for about 5 minutes in advance so that the ingredients are marinated in spices. Next, beat the egg into the mixture and mix it well until soften to wrap the mixture easier. Add more eggs if the mixture is too dry. But if the material is too wet, it will be difficult to wrap.
- - Step 2: Wrap spring rolls Spread the rice paper down on a flat tray; then scoop 1 medium-sized spoon of the meat mixture to spread out 1/3 of the rice paper. Note: Before wrapping, you should dip the rice paper into a mixture of 1 teaspoon of vinegar + 1 teaspoon of sugar to make it softer and more crispy when frying. Next, fold up the top two of the rice0 paper and roll it up with a moderate tightness to avoid breaking the rice paper while frying.
- - Step 3: Fried spring rolls Heat an oil pan. When the oil is hot, put the spring rolls into the pan to fry. You should fry with the low heat to make the spring rolls well-cooked and crispy. When the spring rolls are aromatic and turn yellow, take out to put on a plate.
- Step 4: Make the proper sauce The sauce is very simple including warm water, fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, chili, minced garlic, with the ratio 1 sour : 1 sweet : 1 fish sauce : 4 water. The sauce can be adjusted depending on the taste of your family.
