Instructions
- Mix the pork with spices: garlic, shallot, pepper, salt. Leave there for 15 minutes so that the meat absorbs all spices.

- Sauté shallots until fragrant. Then, add the pork to stir-fry until well-done.

- Peel the luffa and wash it, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

- Boil a pot of water and put the meat to cook. When the meat is cooked, add the luffa to continue cooking. Season to taste again.
