-Step 1: Wash and drain the mackerel, remove the bones, then cut into medium pieces. Season the fish with salt and garlic powder, mix well. Next, mix tempura flour with water and stir well, leave it for 15 minutes.
-Step 2: Dip the pieces of mackerel into the flour bowl, then roll over bread crumbs.
-Step 3: Deep-fried the fish in a hot oil pan until turning golden evenly. Place the fish on a plate with oil absorbent paper.
Now enjoy the crunchy crumbed fish with chili sauce or tomato sauce!!
