- 600 gr Fresh shrimps
- 4 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed dried Oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
- 2 teaspoons Minced coriander

Instructions
- Step 1: Clean, peel the shrimp (remember to remove the head and tail and to devein). Cut the lemon into thin slices and then skewer with the shrimp. Bake shrimp and lemon at 450 degrees F for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp is cooked.
- Step 2: Mix the sauce: melt butter in the microwave, then mix evenly the butter liquid with thyme, oregano basil, coriander, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and minced garlic. Finally, sprinkle the mixture on the shrimp.
- Step 3: Place the shrimp on a plate and enjoy! If you are too bored with the usual sauce, let's try the grilled shrimp with a sour lemon sauce like this. It surely will be more interesting!
