Instructions
- - Wash the cabbage. Put the stem down, take the small bowl upside down as shown in the picture and then use a knife to cut in a circle, remove the bowl and make a hole to stuff the meat.
- - After having the hole, bring the cabbage to boil with a little salt for 2 minutes. When taking out, turn the cabbage upside down to drain.
- - Dice carrots. Mix chopped scallions with minced meat and seasoning powder.
- - Next, scoop each spoon of the minced meat into the hole and press it firmly until the surface height of the minced meat layer and the mouth of the cabbage are about 5cm apart.
- - Stick part of the cabbage tightly.
- - Steam the cabbage for about 30 minutes. Remember to open the lid to check the doneness of the meat.
- - Close the lid and steam for another 20 minutes. Open the lid, use a toothpick to check the meat. If you take the toothpick out without the meat sticking to it, the meat is cooked. If pink water comes out, steam for another 10 minutes.
